Refund and Membership Cancellation Policy

Damaged Items

We are very sorry if your item or gift arrived damaged, and if this is the case, we will gladly send you a replacement or process a refund for you or the person who purchased your gift.  Please contact us at and we will work with you to determine the best option for you.  Please note that for damaged items we may ask you to provide photographs.

Refunds and Exchanges

Should you wish to return your item your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it, and in the original packaging. Please note that for alcohol we are not able to accept a return of an item that has been opened.

For other products eligible for a refund (i.e. wine glasses, baskets, books) we will require a receipt or proof of purchase submitted within 30 days of purchase and the item must be returned in original packaging and in good unused condition.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, or other original method of payment, within 5 days.

If you wish to apply for a refund or exchange, please contact us at and we will work with you to determine the most suitable way forward.

Please note food items and other perishables cannot be resold, therefore we are unable to offer a return or exchange for these items for change of mind. In addition, gift cards are non-returnable.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


To return an undamaged item please mail the item/s to P.O Box 1451 Milawa VIC 3678 (if sending through Australia Post) or 1605 Snow Road, Milawa VIC 3678 (if sending through a courier provider).

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you wish to exchange an item, we will work with you to determine the most appropriate way to pay the cost of return shipping.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we can’t guarantee that we will receive a returned item and any item/s not received cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Cancelling Wine Club Membership

If you wish to cancel or pause your King Valley Wine Club membership, this can be done simply through your membership account.  Please note that a membership cannot be cancelled or paused for a wine collection that has been packaged and shipped.
