All Saints - Sparkling Shiraz NV

A premium Sparkling Shiraz from the Rutherglen area of North-East Victoria. This sparking favourite is the product of lovingly tended fruit and handcrafted winemaking techniques from this beautiful family run, heritage vineyard.

The All Saints Sparkling Shiraz NV has a depth of flavour with true varietal character and style. It is deep crimson in colour, with fresh berry fruit aroma .The rich fruit sweetness of Shiraz is balanced with natural tannin and acid. It has a lively, fresh palate and the influence of light oak further enhances the wine’s depth. 

Soft, full and flavoursome, the palate is intense, persistent in flavour and with great structure. The finish is crisp and dry.
