All Saints - Durif 2021

A premium Durif from the Rutherglen area of North-East Victoria. This is a signature regional favourite, and is the product of lovingly tended fruit and handcrafted winemaking techniques from this beautiful family run, heritage vineyard.

The All Saints Estate Durif 2021 has an incredible depth of colour and the aroma of dark berry fruits. Ripe fruit flavours and a structured tannin finish provides for a wine that is both elegant and powerful. 

The Durif variety is a cross of Peloursin and Shiraz and it prospers almost exclusively in the North-East of Victoria, where long, warm Autumn days give the grapes plenty of time to develop an intense colour and rich flavour.

Pair with warming and hearty dishes. A deep flavoured mushroom ragu, Beef Bourguignon or braised lamb shanks will pair beautifully with the rich flavour and firm tannin of the wine.
