Black Dog Brewery - Dead Dog Stout

A true stout style that will warm your cockles. Made from a selection of Australian, British and German Malts, local and NZ hop varieties and pure Glenrowan rainwater.

This stout is deep black in colour, with richly layered malt flavours, moderate hop characters, hints of mocha and raisins and a robust finish. A hearty ale perfect with a rich meal of slock cooked lamb shanks or with chocolate.
