Bush Track - Sangiovese Cabernet 2021

From Bob and Helen McNamara's vineyard in the hills of Whorouly South, in the Alpine Valley wine region. Their family handpicks individual parcels of fruit to produce small quantities of handcrafted premium cool-climate wine. 

The Sangiovese Cabernet 2021 has aromas of spiced red fruits, dried herbs and aniseed. The palate is textured with tight tannins and tart cherry and raspberry forefront. The lingering savoury quality to finish makes it a perfect pairing with food.
