Bush Track - Shiraz 2021

From Bob and Helen McNamara's vineyard in the hills of Whorouly South, in the Alpine Valley wine region. Their family handpicks individual parcels of fruit to produce small quantities of handcrafted premium cool-climate wine. Bob is a shiraz specialist of over 20 years.

The 2021 Shiraz is medium ruby in colour and displaying elegant aromas of aniseed, woody herbal characters, and spice teamed with an undercurrent of ripe plums. A well-structured palate. Juicy fruit, fine tannins, and a lingering finish.

Will pair beautifully with hard cheeses, grilled meats and vegetables. Would be a lovely wine for autumn and winter stews and meat or mushroom driven ragu.
