Chrismont - La Zona Sangiovese

Dark red in colour with a crimson fringe, the LA ZONA SANGIOVESE has dark cherry, blackberry, and mulberry aromas, with a background of chocolate and toffee. The palate is full and distinctive with dark berry fruit, and is well-structured with characteristic fine tannins, for which the La Zona Sangiovese has become recognised. A wine with moderate acidity and full body, makes this a perfect match for slow cooked pork belly, or cotechino sausage.
