Dal Zotto - Rosato

Dal Zotto Estate was established in the King Valley in 1987, and brought cool-climate wine varietals from the north of Italy to Australia. Notably Otto Dal Zotto is credited as one of the pioneers of Australian Prosecco. A family business that lives by the values of family, tradition and innovation.

A pale bright pink Rosé in the Italian style, the Dal Zotto Rosato has the aroma of strawberry, fresh red fruit, spice and a good acidity with a crisp finish.

A fabulous aperitif wine, or pair with a fresh antipasti plate, salad meal, or light risotto.
