Eaglerange Estate - 3 Daughters Saperavi 2021

The Eagle Range Estate Vineyard is located near the town of Ovens in Victoria’s Alpine Valley. The land had previously been used for a variety of enterprises over the years including cattle, hay, chestnut and walnut trees, but the winemaking venture had long been in the back of winemaker Frank Ivone's mind, with the first vines planted in 1995.

A minimal intervention wine, the 2 Daughters Saperavi is intense in colour and rich in flavour with firm tannins.

Its characteristic bouquet and harmonious taste makes Saperavi ideally suited for extended ageing.

Best matched with Gozitan Ravjul (cheese stuffed pasta) and deep-dish pizza. 

Consume with good friends and boisterous conversation.
