Fighting Gully Road Beechworth Pinot Noir 2022

The 2022 Pinot Noir from Fighting Gully Road is a premium Pinot Noir with an outstanding history from the renowned Beechworth wine region.

After cool and wet growing season, the conditions were perfect for the development and gradual maturation of Pinot Noir at the Fighting Gully Road site.

This wine was made from two clones (114 and MV6) and comprises a whole bunch component, which was fermented separately using maceration carbonique.

Each component was matured separately in new (40%) and seasoned Italian coopered French oak 500 litre puncheons prior to blending and bottling in early February 2023.

This Pinot's vintage history consistently receives gold medal awards from James Halliday and this vintage looks set to achieve the same again.
