Hurdle Creek Still specialises in distilling fine gin.  The Still House is on the family property in the King Valley and the base spirit is made from locally sourced grain using a traditional infusion mashing system and twice distilled though a extended copper & glass column still, which gives this gin a unique smooth grain character.

Juniper and a select blend of local and native botanicals are vapour infused into the spirit ensuing light, subtle flavours throughout.

YARDARM DISTILLED GIN // A robust new world gin distilled from barley spirit, vapour infused with a blend of classic botanicals, citrus, hops and pink peppercorns.
