Mt Pilot Estate - Cabernet Sauvignon 2018

This small family owned boutique vineyard located on the granite hills of Eldorado in North East Victoria specialises in growing premium grapes to create wines of rare distinction.

These low yielding grapes grown on thin granite soils have ripe seeds and rich flavours when picked. The finished estate grown Cabernet Sauvignon has intense flavour, length complexity and is matured in french oak for two years to optimise the fruit and winemaking style. Cellar up to 12 years.
