Mt Pilot Estate - Reserve Viognier 2018

This small family owned vineyard located on the thin granite hills of Eldorado in North East Victoria specialises in growing a small number of varieties. 

This Reserve Viognier is a celebration of the vineyard and fine wine making. This wine is an exceptional example of the variety at its best. Low yields, wild ferment, 100% barrel fermentation, left on lees for 10 months and 50% new French oak all adds to the complexity and structure. This wine will cellar for up to 10 years.
