Pizzini - Pinot Grigio 2022

Pizzini Wines is a family-owned winery in Victoria's King Valley specialising in Italian wine varieties. Their vines were planted more than 30 years ago in the King Valley, and all their wines are made by their family winemaker Joel Pizzini.

With depth and crunchy acid, the Pinot Grigio 2022 is crisp with apple and pear characteristics and a little citrus.

The grapes were harvested at four different stages to build complexity, with fermentation temperature kept low to capture freshness and aromatics (no oak used).

A beautiful wine to enjoy with friends on a warm day, refreshing as an aperitif or pair with classic seafood dishes or antipasti.
