Symphonia Royal Late Harvest Manseng 2021

Gros Manseng is a white grape variety characterised by particularly small, thick-skinned berries, traditionally grown in the south-west region of France and used to produce both dry and sweet wines. In April the canes were out, the sugars in the grape concentrated, and after a few weeks the most raisined bunches were hand harvested.

The wine shows lifted tropical fruits, citrus, ginger and spice which will develop further honeyed complexity after a few years in bottle.
