Wood Park - Whitlands Pinot Gris 2023

Established in 1989 Wood Park is a family-owned vineyard and winery in the King Valley. Wood Park draws on grapes sources from within the diverse micro-climates of the King Valley and adjoining valley’s and uses a mix of traditional and modern winemaking techniques.

The Whitlands Pinot Gris follows the traditional French styling which results in a fresh, crisp palate with honey and pear characters.

The Pinot Gris grapes are grown in the Whitlands region of North East Victoria with high elevation that suits the variety. The grapes are whole bunch pressed gently to avoid picking up colour and any bitterness. The juice is fermented to dryness in a stainless steel tank and then bottled soon after it finishes settling.
